Growing Service Area
2009-2010 Physician Roster

Why eat at home when you can have a professionally-trained sous chef prepare your breakfast?

At Seven Rivers RMC, physicians can look forward to being supported and appreciated. Little conveniences, like a spacious physician lounge, and a sous chef each morning to prepare breakfast, are little details that show we strive to provide our doctors “a great place to practice.” We’re a reflection of a community that still brings their physicians baked goods and treats as “thank you” gifts for helping a family member.
A county that offers a relaxed “Nature Coast” lifestyle, where your house is not just affordable but a great investment, no state income tax, and starting your practice that is certain to grow, are hallmarks for “Seven Rivers physicians.” The quality of life in our area is remarkable for singles and families. We truly hope that circumstances allow for you to consider a long-term relationship with us!

Physician Perspectives:
“I wanted to work out of a single hospital for the convenience. I was impressed by the administration and technology available at Seven Rivers RMC (for instance PACS, lab results all on computer, the impressive OR equipment and well-trained collegial staff). My family and I decided on SRRMC after visiting about 6 other hospitals in the Southeast US.”

Expanding services and adding new offices on campus to meet the needs of our growing service area – as we grow throughout Citrus County, we invite you to join us!
Unlike many communities our size, we are expecting compelling population growth in our service area – but with a unique twist. Since 1989 the population of Citrus County has grown from 65,000 to 130,000, and we expect to keep on growing, but be carefully planned due to how more than 50% of our land being state or federally owned parks, so we will keep the natural beauty of our area forever, preserving the unique life which drew us here, and we love.
